Yoga for Pregnancy classes are tailored for all levels to prepare for childbirth, strengthen the body and focus the mind.
Vinyasa Yoga is an active yoga class that links the breath and yoga poses together in a flowing, dance-like movement. Ideal for all levels from beginners to advanced.
Pregnancy Yoga workshops (Labour Workshops) provide a more in-depth preparation for labour. Small classes (max 6) and and 2.5 hour duration helps mothers-to-be effectively prepare for labour and birth.
