Prepare

Yoga for Pregnancy classes are tailored for all levels to prepare for childbirth, strengthen the body and focus the mind.

Strengthen and Relax

Yoga Workshops Deep restorative poses let the body learn how to rest and repair itself, thereby building stores of energy that can bolster physical and emotional well-being. In
this workshop we use props and focus on releasing tension from the muscles.

Flowing Hatha Yoga is an active yoga class that links the breath and yoga poses together iin a flowing, dance-like movement. Ideal for all levels from beginners to advanced.


Allyson Dowling is a fully qualified yoga teacher with a Diploma from the Irish Yoga Association. She has trained in pregnancy, hatha and vinyasa yoga.
