Prenatal Yoga courses – 6/8 weeks
Monday: 30th August – 4th October inclusive (6 weeks). Classes in Carlton Hall, Marino at 6.30pm. Cost is €95.
Monday: 11th October – 6th December inclusive (8 weeks), no class October bank holiday weekend (25th October). Classes in Carlton Hall, Marino at 6.30pm. Cost is €120.
Hatha Yoga courses – 6 weeks
Monday: 6th September – 11th October inclusive (6 weeks). Classes in Carlton Hall, Marino at 8pm. Cost is €90.
Monday: 18th October – 13th December inclusive (8 weeks), no class October bank holiday weekend (25th October). Classes in Carlton Hall, Marino at 8pm. Cost is €115.
Labour Workshop
The next labour workshop is on Saturday the 21st of August. This is a two and a half hour long workshop and can be taken on its own (cost is €45) or as part of a course. Book the workshop and a course together for a discounted rate of €130.
