New classes for Autumn

Classes will continue through Autumn, with the following schedule. Please contact me to book your place on any of the classes.
Prenatal Yoga courses – 6/8 weeks
Monday: 30th August – 4th October inclusive (6 weeks). Classes in Carlton Hall, Marino at 6.30pm. Cost is €95.

Allyson Dowling is a fully qualified yoga teacher with a Diploma from the Irish Yoga Association. She has trained in pregnancy, hatha and vinyasa yoga.

Allyson is currently teaching prenatal yoga in the City Center and North Dublin (Clontarf and Marino) areas, more classes are coming soon, so check the class schedule frequently
