Yoga for Pregnancy classes are tailored for all levels to prepare for childbirth, strengthen the body and focus the mind.
Yoga for Labour workshops are intensive workshops that offer deeper breathing and movement techniques to use during labour and childbirth.
Strengthen and Relax
Flowing hatha Yoga is an active yoga class that links the breath and yoga poses together iin a flowing, dance-like movement. Ideal for all levels from beginners to advanced.
Mindfulness and Meditation Sit, watch and breathe. Connect with the simplest of movements and see how your mind and body can fully and deeply relax.
Allyson Dowling is a fully qualified yoga teacher with a Diploma from the Irish Yoga Association.
She has trained in pregnancy, hatha and vinyasa yoga.
