Clontarf (Belgrove Park)

Classes will be taking place in my apartment in Clontarf. The address is:

Apt 41 Belgrove Park, Mount Prospect Lawns (off Mount Prospect Avenue).

The entrance to the apartment complex is from Mount Prospect Avenue turn onto Mount Prospect Lawns. The apartment complex is on your left. Just press 41 & then “bell” on the buzzer outside the gates to the apartment complex and I can let you in.

Parking is usually available on Mount Prospect Lawns (right hand side of road only). If not, there’s plenty of on-street parking on Mount Prospect Avenue.

Allyson Dowling is a fully qualified yoga teacher with a Diploma from the Irish Yoga Association. She has trained in pregnancy, hatha and vinyasa yoga.
