Vinyasa Yoga Carleton Hall, Marino Next course: 7th May 2013; 8 week course. New Vinyasa course commences, a strong flowing and challenging class!  Book now to secure your place.

Prenatal classes

All prenatal classes are suitable for mid pregnancy and late pregnancy – 14 weeks onwards. If you are over 14 weeks pregnant you can join at any time.

    • 8 week courses cost – €110
    • (€40 deposit required to secure your place).
  • Vinyasa Yoga
    • 8 week courses cost – €110
    • (€40 deposit required to secure your place).
  • Mother and Baby
    • Class passes & drop-in rates available, please contact Allyson for details.

Class numbers are strictly limited to ensure adequate attention for each student. As classes typically book out well in advance of commencement, a deposit is required to secure a place. Please contact me to arrange your place.
