Yoga for Birth workshops

Saturday morning workshops covering movement, breathing and visualisation techniques for labour and birth. Workshops are held every month in Clontarf, with small (max 6) classes.

Prenatal classes

All prenatal classes are suitable for mid pregnancy and late pregnancy - 14 weeks onwards. If you are over 14 weeks pregnant you can join at any time.

Cost & Booking

  • Labour Workshops cost €60 per workshop (full payment required in advance)
  • 6 week courses cost €95 (€50 deposit).
  • 8 week courses cost €125 (€50 deposit).

Class numbers are strictly limited to ensure adequate attention for each student. As classes book out well in advance of commencement, a deposit is required to secure a place. Please contact me to arrange your place.

Allyson Dowling is a fully qualified yoga teacher with a Diploma from the Irish Yoga Association. She has trained in pregnancy, hatha and vinyasa yoga.

Allyson is currently teaching prenatal yoga in the North Dublin (Clontarf) area, more classes are coming soon, so check the class schedule frequently!
