Workshops are a great way to deepen your yoga practice and enhance your understanding of the anatomy and breathwork involved in different postures and sequences. They are a great adjunct to anyone doing or having taken a yoga course who wishes to explore yoga in more detail and get the chance to try new poses. Because numbers are smaller than in a class, the emphasis is on individual adjustments and advice and there is more opportunity to ask questions and work with more challenging poses.
These workshops are varied to suit different temperaments and needs. Some are energetic and fun, others are calming and meditative for hectic times.
Workshops are held in Clontarf on Saturday mornings at 11am to 2pm. Each workshop costs €45.
